Apartment Maintenance Technician needed for an established property management company in Beaumont.

Job Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited to repairing various items related to apartments such as plumbing fixtures, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors. Making units ready for new move-ins. Light grounds work such as: trash pick-up, sweeping and landscape maintenance.

Job Requirements

HVAC Certification is a plus.

Compensation

Pay is dependent on level of experience and skills. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
