HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT
If you have a dispute with a apartment community that is a member of the Apartment Association of Southeast Texas, you must submit it in writing to the association office. Your complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate management company. The management company will then contact you directly in resolving the problem.

We are a trade association representing the Owner/Management companies of the multihousing industry. We are not able to answer your questions or reply to inquiries.

If the community you are filing against is not a member of the Apartment Association of Southeast Texas, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or request mediation through the Jefferson County Dispute Resolution Center.
